When the ideal three-axis fluxgate sensor measures magnetic field, its total field does not change with attitude of sensor. However, due to limitations existing manufacturing and processing technology, has errors, It may cause hundreds thousands nanometers measurement error, so for high-precision detection, analysis correction errors are great significance. Aiming at above problems, this topic analyzes error mechanism sensor, establishes a mathematical model correction, uses modulus value be independent correct compensate error.
